How Chloe Lloyd Fits in the Donoghue Solicitors Team
Chloe is a key part of our actions against the police legal team. Miss Lloyd works closely with her colleagues Daniel Fitzsimmons, Director, Kemmi Alfa, CILEX Lawyer, and Jack Hudson, CILEX Lawyer. Chloe helps her more senior colleagues investigate and prepare their cases, making sure that the essential building blocks of a case, such as evidence gathering and dealing with legal funding, are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
She also helps clients with their police complaint matters. Holding the police to account this way is important for clients personally, and society in general. And it can help clients and lawyers obtain crucial information to assess the merits of potential actions against the police claims.
Many clients get to know Chloe’s voice when they first contact the firm. That is because she has the experience and people skills to take new enquiries as part of Daniel Fitzsimmons’ New Enquiries Team. This is a vital task as we receive thousands of requests for legal help every year.
